MOAGI ESTATE

Moagi Estate is Melki Property’s first affordable housing project. Melki Property has partnered up with International Housing Solutions (a real estate fund that focuses on affordable housing) to develop 250 affordable houses. Moagi Estate is situated in  Vosloorus,  Johannesburg South. Moagi Estate is proudly Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE)  complaint, which means that these houses are resource-efficient and are built according to international green standards.
