MELKi Property Development is our property development arm and is a majority Black women-owned entity, committed to the transformation of South Africa’s property development sector. We have successfully undertaken property development projects with a combined value in excess of R500 million. Such success is attributed to five factors, being:

The riskiest component of any property project involves infrastructure civils construction. In view of this, MELKi Construction undertakes all our civils work.

Our civils knowledge and experience in the construction field enables us to identify and address potential risks to projects at the point of inception. MELKi also value-engineer designs to maximise profits.
